Initially, I had some doubts about my order since the package arrived in a different color. After checking my receipt, I realized I had mistakenly chosen the wrong color because I clicked too quickly. I reached out to customer service and explained my situation, even though it was my error. They kindly agreed to send me the right color at no extra cost! They didn’t ask for the wrong color back, so I suppose I’ll just hang onto it. What a fantastic company!!!!

"My Thoughts on the Recent Purchase"
I got asked to share my thoughts on my recent buy. I picked the 4x4 style for my husband and the nursing style for me. It showed up in roughly 10 days. The jackets are absolutely amazing. They're super soft, and the lining is all fleece to keep us cozy! We did run into a little hiccup with the USPS tracking not updating for a couple of days, but it finally moved on the delivery day.

"My First Order Experience in December"
I placed my first order in December for a gift for Christmas. It showed up right on time, just a day or two before the big day. The jacket's material is awesome! I goofed up by washing it in hot water, which made the print fade. I reached out to them, but it took a few days to notice that their response had ended up in my spam folder. They got back to me pretty quickly, but I only found their email after checking my spam. They even offered me a replacement jacket at no cost, even though it was my fault.

This fantastic cozy coat is perfect for winter and those frosty days. It's super puffy and feels just like a big ol' blanket hoodie. Big shoutout to their customer service team! I had trouble finding my package, but they sorted out my address issue, and it arrived last week.

"Christmas Present from a Proud Dad"
I've sent multiple emails trying to arrange an exchange, but I haven't received any response. The phone number listed on the invoice is out of service, which makes me question if this company is for real. My dad was really excited to give me this as a Christmas gift, and I wanted the colors to go with my Jeep. I'm feeling pretty bummed and annoyed.

At first, I was let down by my order. They sent me the incorrect design. However, they sorted out the mistake since it was on them and sent me the correct one. They told me to keep the wrong design, so now I've got two jackets. Big thanks for fixing my order and gifting me a free jacket! Lol

These jackets are seriously awesome! It took a bit longer to get here due to the holiday rush. I had some trouble with the tracking not showing updates, but it finally changed on the day it was delivered, which eased my worries. It came in great shape, and the quality is top-notch. I might just grab another one for my wife.

"Still Waiting on My November Order"
I placed my order back in November (now it's December 23) and it’s still MIA. I’ve sent a bunch of emails with no replies, then they suggested I check my spam folder. They mentioned it got lost during shipping and sent a replacement. The tracking info shows it was last seen on December 13, heading to Maine. Seems like it shouldn’t take this long to get from NY to Maine. If it ever shows up, I’ll see what the quality is like. Honestly, I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I stumbled upon their shop after noticing some awesome jacket styles. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top-notch. The staff member who assisted me was super friendly and went the extra mile to look for an extra small. They didn’t have it, but they managed to create a custom size for my girlfriend.

"Shipping took a while, but it’s a great buy"
I got my husband a hoodie for his birthday back in September 2020. It felt like it took ages to arrive, especially considering the COVID-19 situation. Given the price and shipping fees, I thought it would be quicker. But honestly, it’s totally worth it because the design is awesome and super durable. This hoodie keeps my husband warm even in freezing temperatures, and he feels cozy in it.

Awesome folks and shop. There was a hiccup with my delivery. I was pretty bummed since my tracking showed it was delivered, but it never showed up in my mailbox. I reached out to them, and they mentioned there might be a scanning error and advised me to hang tight for a day or two. This Friday, my order finally showed up; turns out the postal workers had trouble finding my address, which led to the hold-up. Big thanks to the team for helping me out when I was feeling anxious and upset.

"Great place to shop online"
Great place to shop online. I ran into an issue with my shipping address. I shot them an email, but it took a bit for them to respond; I reckon it was due to the Easter long weekend. I bought one of their customized jackets last Christmas, and the print quality is top-notch. If you're on the fence, I’d definitely suggest giving them a try based on my experience.

"Fantastic Quality and Print"
The quality and print are just fantastic. One of my hoodies had a small tear, but it wasn't a huge issue. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to send an email with a photo of the damage. They responded quickly and offered me either a full refund or a replacement at no cost. I didn't need to send the damaged one back, and my new hoodie arrived in perfect shape. I'm really impressed with their customer support. I'd definitely recommend this company; they really went the extra mile to assist me.

Awesome support from the team. I looked at my tracking info and it showed my package was dropped off at my doorstep, but it was missing. I hung tight for a few days just in case it was a mistake. I reached out to them through the website, and they mentioned it might have been taken from my porch. They sent me a replacement at no cost, and I received it a week later. Huge thanks for sending me a free one!
